On 2023 October 12, the Food Forum hosted a webinar that looked at the challenges of defining sustainability for food product labeling. Invited speakers explored the variables for defining sustainability, the impact of sustainability labelling on consumers, challenges for regulatory agencies, and research gaps and future considerations.
