I was reading this document on food waste and I disagree with the diagram, it is from 2019

I think zero waste (or some other term) should be on the middle so that every stage of the food system has zero waste. Zero waste isn’t “at the end”. See my screenshot.
What diagram / model do you use / teach / promote?
